Possessing a wealth of experience and visionary ability in business development, Jay Wommack embodies the spirit of the Texas Oil Boom wildcatters. From his successes in banking and real estate, prospecting clients and selling securities as a stockbroker, to his creation of a successful IT organization with a new and innovative business model, Jay has a knack for drilling “producers”, and has achieved an enviable record of year-on-year significant growth in any endeavor which he has undertaken.

Jay is an accomplished consultant, trainer, and motivational speaker. Those skills, along with his maverick vision, leadership abilities and hands-on approach to management, have him continuing to enjoy success, even amidst harsh economic times. An incurable entrepreneur, Jay founded BubbaJunk.com Inc., a trucker recruiting Web site in 1999. As the site grew and subsequently became the trucking industry's leading online recruiting resource, Jay expanded BubbaJunk and its marketing concepts to other vertical markets, and renamed the company Vertical Alliance Group in 2004.

Vertical Alliance Group, Inc. currently operates 80 active web sites and is a pioneer in developing internet business sites with emphasis on how the internet is changing the way companies train and communicate with employees and customers and manage information. The company’s trademarked Infinit-i Intelligence System, is currently used by some 150 companies and schools across the US and Canada, and is revolutionary in its approach to online learning systems.

In December 2008, Mr. Wommack was invited to testify before the US Congress on findings that Vertical Alliance Group, Inc. had discovered related to the nursing shortage facing our nation. He is also an expert in demographics and for the past three years, has given presentations to trucking industry Recruiting & Retention conferences in the US and Canada and each year, was rated the number one speaker.

Mr. Wommack holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Hendrix College, completed the Mergers and Acquisitions Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds certifications in Demographic Studies and Investment Strategies from The HS Dent Foundation, a prestigious investments and economic think tank, based in Tampa, FL.
